The LM2596-based step down voltage regulator board is a low-ripple adjustable output voltage power supply capable of providing up to 3A of continuous current (2A without a heat-sink). This DC to DC Step Down Regulator has a high conversion efficiency of up to
92%, the higher the Output voltage the higher the efficiency.
Input Voltage: 4v-to 35v
Output Voltage Adjustable to 1.23-30v
The input voltage should me a minimum of 1.5v higher then the output voltage
Output Current 2A (max 3A with Heat Sink) Output Current depends on the differential between input and output voltage !

Another point to note is that our module have SOLID CAPCITORS which give more long term reliability and not Electrolytic Capacitors that same sellers use on their modules.
This board is optionally provided with SIL headers for easy connection to existing circuits.
Option 1: no headers
If you do not wish to have any header Pins included, choose this option. The board will be supplied without any connectors and you can add any connections to the rest of your circuit as required.
Option 2: loose headers
4 SIL header Pins will be included with the board for you to solder to the input and output points.
Option 3: headers soldered facing down
The SIL header pins will be soldered facing downwards. This is ideal for fitting the regulator on to existing boards or into a breadboard.
Option 4: headers soldered facing up
The SIL header pins will be soldered facing upwards. This is ideal for using flyleads to connect the regulator to the rest of your circuit.
