  • This motor drive module is ideal for use in battery-powered smart car, toy cars, robots. Supply voltage 2V ~ 10V, can drive two DC motors or a 4-wire 2-phase stepper motors ,you control forward rotation or reverse rotation, also the rotation speed can be controller. Can provide a continuous current of 1.5A, peak current up to 2.5A, thermal shutdown protection and will be automatically restored.

    Product Highlights:

    Built-in low on-resistance MOS switch, minimal heat, no heat sink, small size, low power consumption, is ideal for battery powered.
    More efficient then the L298N.
    Small size, light weight, ultra low standby current, is the ideal choice for your motor control model.

    Product parameters:

    Dual H-bridge motor driver, can drive two DC motors or a 4-wire two-phase stepper motor.
    The module supply voltage 2V-10V.
    Signal input voltage 1.8-7V. (do not exceed 7v)
    Single Operating current 1.5A, peak current up to 2.5A, low standby current (less than 0.1uA).
    Built-in common conduction circuit, when the input pin is left floating, the motor does not malfunction.
    Built-in thermal protection circuit with hysteresis effects (TSD), without worrying about motor stall.
    Product Size: 24.7 * 21 * 5mm (length, width, height), ultra-small size.
    The mounting hole diameter: 2 mm.

    Precautions:

    1. If the power supply is reversed this will cause permanent damage to the module.
    2. If the output is shorted to ground or the output is short circuited, or the motor stalls, the chip will over heat, if the supply voltage is near 10v or over, causing the peak current to exceed 2.5A this will cause permanent damage to the module.
    3. We will fully test the unit prior to sending your order.

5) VERY IMPORTANT >> Do not make ANY permanent connections. Please test the item BEFORE making any permanent connections e.g. soldering to the item. Please ensure you have the means to test the item WITHOUT applying ANY solder to the item. If an item has any solder applied I will NOT accept any return.
6) When upgrading to 1st class post, (if the option is available), please note this is sent via Royal Mail and is not a guaranteed next day service. If you need a 48hr courier service please select courier delivery. No weekend or public bank holiday deliveries.
7) We attempt to send out all orders received before 12.00pm. This excludes weekends and public holidays.
8) Customers placing multiple orders. – I may ship all the orders as one, please do not ask for a refund of shipping cost after you have placed your orders. Please do not place your orders if you want a refund of shipping cost.
9) Some items may have a "Warranty Void if removed" sticker, please DO NOT tamper or remove these stickers. I will not accept any rertuns with tampered or removed sticker. Some buyers have tried to send back items that I have not supplied.

**** Important note **** Some sellers claim the stock is in the UK, please be careful, the seller is often in China and sends the item to a UK agent who then forwards the item on with a UK stamp. Check where the seller is located not just the item location. All my items are physically with me, here in the UK and I offer a quick delivery and communication within the UK.
