1×4 key switch Membrane Matrix KeyPad Arduino PIC Pi ARM UK seller UK Stock
Our membrane keypad provides 4 keys on an 5-way socket connector using a matrix system to detect which key has been pressed.
The matrix keypad is wired via a flexible ribbon to an 5 way header socket.
The keypad can be stuck to a hard surface using the sticky pad provided to provide a hard backing to the keypad – making it easier to press and use the keys.
The matrix is wired as follows:
Pressing Key1 will make a close contact between pin 5 and pin 3
Pressing Key2 will make a close contact between pin 5 and pin 4
Pressing Key3 will make a close contact between pin 5 and pin 1
Pressing Key4 will make a close contact between pin 5 and pin 2
